Owner
Hi, I'm Ophelia — proud owner of FIT4MOM St. Vrain Valley!
I'm a mom to two incredible boys — Liam (8) and Grady (5) — and married to my best friend, Jimbo. We've been together for 19 years. 💛
FIT4MOM has been woven into every stage of my motherhood journey. After my first son was born in 2017, life changed in ways I couldn’t have predicted. I lost my job, became a stay-at-home mom, and quickly found myself feeling isolated and overwhelmed. I was desperate for connection — for movement, for friendship, for a sense of myself again.
At just 8 weeks postpartum, I stumbled upon FIT4MOM... and it truly felt like finding a golden ticket. It wasn’t just about exercise — it was about belonging. I found a village of moms who understood exactly where I was, and I got to move my body while bringing my sweet baby along with me. It filled a void I didn’t even fully realize was there.
By the end of that same year, I became an instructor with FIT4MOM Irvine. I fell completely in love with the mission and community, and eventually became certified in every program FIT4MOM offered. I was all in.
When my second son was born in 2019, I faced a new and unexpected challenge: postpartum depression, anxiety, and rage. It was one of the hardest seasons of my life — and once again, FIT4MOM was my lifeline. The friendships, the support, the space to show up exactly as I was — it kept me going when I couldn’t see the light myself.
In 2020, we packed up and moved to Colorado to start fresh. It didn’t take long to realize there was something missing here for moms: that same connection, support, and magic I had found. I knew in my heart that I had to bring it to the St. Vrain Valley — and in June 2021, FIT4MOM St. Vrain Valley was born.
Owning this small business has had its highs and lows, but every single day, my heart is so full. I get to witness women finding their strength — not just physically, but in motherhood, in friendship, and in themselves. Watching moms connect, grow, and thrive is the greatest privilege.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me hanging out with my family — at local breweries, hockey and baseball games, or shuttling my boys around to their own sports. I also love sneaking in a good workout whenever I can!
Encouragement for a new mom:
Just do it. Even if it’s only a tiny spark of curiosity — follow it. You’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected. There’s something truly magical about FIT4MOM that you can only understand once you experience it. And know this: you don’t have to be “super fit,” your baby can cry, and it’s absolutely normal to feel nervous. We all start somewhere — and you are so welcome here
