My husband's name is Matt, and we have a 9 month old daughter, Gemma.

How long have you been part of FIT4MOM and how did you find us?

Since July of this year, and I saw an ad on Instagram!

What keeps you coming back to FIT4MOM?

I love being in an environment where I can focus on myself and have my daughter included. It's a community of amazing mothers, including kick-ass instructors, who are now my "village." As a new mom with none of my existing friends having children, I didn't know how much I needed that.

Favorite mom momment

Too many to count! I have loved all of the firsts though-- smiles, giggles... Gemma brightens every day for me.

Share a hidden talent, business you own

I asked my husband, and he said, "You can identify any drag queen who's ever been even mildly famous."

Advice for a new mom?

Give yourself a lot of grace. Take time for yourself whenever you can. Let people help you-- especially when they offer!
