Introduce your family (spouse, name and age of your kiddo(s))

My husband's name is Austin and we have been married for almost 5 years. We have a very independent 9 month old named Caroline and two fur babies: a Shih Tzu mix named Finn and a loud orange cat named Douglas.

I joined about 2.5 months ago during the week of Mother's Day! I had seen posts about FIT4MOM on Facebook and it sounded like a fun way to meet new friends.

What keeps you coming back to FIT4MOM?

The fun people and getting out in the sun in the morning!

Favorite mom moment

Watching Caroline try to master new skills has been so fun! Whether it's feeding herself with a spoon, learning to crawl, or clapping for herself... it's amazing to watch her problem-solve and become such an independent person (although sometimes this can be hard for me, too).

Share a hidden talent, business you own

I own a dog training business, SmartPaw, in Frederick.

Anything else you'd like to share about yourself?

I love coffee, baking, cross stitching, reading, and horror movies!

Advice for a new mom?

Be flexible! Everything is a phase so try not to stress the small things.
