How long have you been part of FIT4MOM and how did you find us?

I joined fit4mom in August 2024 after seeing an add on Facebook.

What keeps you coming back to FIT4MOM?

So many things! I love being able to bring my son with me and the fun things he gets to do. I've met lots of amazing people and love the sense of community. Class makes me feel great, both physically and mentally!

Favorite mom momment

Every time Leo learns something new, I think it's amazing!

Share a hidden talent, business you own

Before becoming a SAHM, I was a mechanic. I also managed a golf course, and met my husband golfing.

Anything else you'd like to share about yourself?

We're avid sports fans. We love the Avalanche, the Colorado Eagles, the Broncos, the Chicago Bears and Cubs, and the Iowa Hawkeyes. When sports aren't on, we're watching the Office.

Advice for a new mom?

Every mom and every baby is different! No motherhood journey is the same. Try not to compare yours to anyone else's, we're all doing the best we can!
