My hub is Andrew, we've been together for 14 years and we have one miracle daughter named Joelle! She's four and a half!

How long have you been part of FIT4MOM and how did you find us?

I started fit4mom in August 2023 for my first Bodywell session

What keeps you coming back to FIT4MOM?

Bodywell is my favorite, I love the work outs and the meal plans. It keeps me so motivated to do all the challenges! I also love to come to the day classes, I'm starting to make so many friends and the kindness and openness of all the women is amazing! They are so real, normal and there is zero judgement about where you are at in motherhood or fitness!

Favorite mom momment

I think my favorite moment is after I lost a very special piece of jewelry while shoveling snow last year, I was absolutely devastated. My sweet JoJo saw how sad I was and went up to her room and got one of her costume necklaces to give to me. I was so proud of how thoughtful and sweet my tiny human was! (My neighbor found the bracelet after the snow melted).

Share a hidden talent, business you own

I am a hairdresser, I own Hairendipity in Louisville and love to be creative and connect with people. I also am currently rediscovering my love for pottery after taking quite a few years off!

Anything else you'd like to share about yourself?

I love reality tv, pottery, reading, beach vacations, makeup and skincare and I love to go to galleries and look at artwork! My favorite treat is a latte! Christmas is my favorite holiday!ost of all, I love to make connections with people.

Advice for a new mom?

My best advice is that it's okay to think it's hard but also rewarding. Everyone gives you different advice so take what you like and leave the rest.
